Our team at Quality Bearings online are proud to have completed the Barclays Scale Up Programme of 2019! Whilst on the course we had the opportunity to discuss ideas and work with other professionals with businesses from an array of industries.
The programme consisted of several different courses, that would help us think about how we would scale up our business. This programme ran over a period of 3 months from April to July with the end goal of us being able to plan our very own strategy and goals towards achieving our objectives of scaling up our business.
We had many professionals talk to us from different industries, professional speakers and lecturers from the University of Cambridge who taught us whilst we attended the course. Our team has had a lot of fun taking part in workshops and group activities, some were harder than others but we had the opportunity to discuss real life examples from other business owners as well as our own.
We are currently in the mist of preparing for our big presentation at The University of Cambridge. We will be delivering our proposed strategy for up scaling our business to a panel of tough judges, using what we have learnt on the course. Best of Luck to our team!
