Kluber Graflsocon A G1 Ultra is an adhesive lubricant containing fine graphite, designed for priming and contrast lubrication of open drives. Formulated with a mineral oil base, aluminium complex soap thickener and a high content of solid lubricant, it provides high load-carrying capacity and good adhesiveness for demanding lubrication applications. It has a functional lubricant film down to approximately -40°C and thermal stability of the lubricating film up to approximately 200°C.
Designed for highly loaded applications, Kluber Grafloscon a-g 1 ultra is suitable as a priming lubricant for large open girth gear and pinion drives. It can also be used as a contrast lubricant to check the load-carrying pattern during the alignment of large drives.
Kluber GRAFLOSCON A-G 1 ULTRA is also suitable for lubricating open rolling-contact gears, such as winch gears, as well as slideways, racks, large chain drives and wire ropes. Its high load-carrying capacity and adhesiveness help protect tooth flanks and prevent metal-to-metal contact in demanding applications.
The lubricant is easy to spread and can be applied using a brush or spatula. A manual lever-type grease gun can also be used. For optimum surface protection, the surfaces to be lubricated should be cleaned before application.
