Kluber Barrierta L 55/2 is a food grade long term, high temperature grease designed for demanding applications serving the food industry. It’s more frequently used for initial and long-term lubrication and combines outstanding thermal stability with excellent resistance to aggressive media, ensuring reliable lubrication even under continuous high-load and high-heat conditions.
Barrierta L 55/2 is NSF H1 registered and complies with FDA 21 CFR 178.3570, making it suitable for applications where incidental contact with food, packaging materials, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or animal feed products occurs.
Due to adhesion and sealing effects in its lubrication, it also makes Barrierta L 55/2 suitable for applications like seals, valves, pneumatic components and extraction systems.
Kluber Barrierta is Europe's oldest high-temperature lubricant and has a good reputation in many applications.
