Kluber Grafloscon C-SG 2000 Ultra is a sprayable operational lubricant, with a mineral oil base which is specifically designed for open drives. This ready-to-use lubricant contains solid lubricant particles, which makes it have a high load-carrying capacity. It contains antiwear additives, adhesion improvers, and corrosion inhibitors and is also extremely resistant to high pressure. The industries where you’ll often find Kluber Grafloscon C-SG 2000 lubricant being used is the mining, cement, gypsum, lime and chemical industries.
It has an easy application process through a spraying system. These are often automatic systems which are applied directly to the gears; however, for small drives they can be lubricated by brush. Containing aluminium complex soap and solid lubricant particles of fine graphite, the raw materials which are used to manufacture Kluber Grafloscon C-SG 2000 Ultra are free of solvents, bitumen and chlorine. This lubricant is available in a 25kg and 180kg.
