Kluberfood NH1 CH 2-220  125cm³ Flex Cartridgeis a synthetic ester-based high-temperature chain oil developed for chains operating under high temperatures and heavy loads. It is particularly suitable for heavily loaded chains operating and exposed in continuous heat.

Kluberfood NH1 CH-2-220 flex cartridge is a compact, ready-to-use automatic lubricator that operates through a chemical reaction to deliver consistent lubrication over a set period. There is now an easy to install external power supply, making the flex cartridge ideal for standard applications with stable operating conditions.

This Oil is an NSF H1 food-grade lubricant, meaning it’s approved for applications where incidental contact with food could happen. High Temperature Stability

The Synthetic ester formulation provides stable lubrication film at elevated temperatures, reduces oil consumption and offers better chain reliability during continuous heat exposure. This oil is rated for service temperatures up to approximately 250°C.

Extended Chain Life

Kluberfood NH1 CH 2-220 anti-wear additive package helps lower friction within chain pins and bushes, minimising chain elongation and extending maintenance intervals.

Reduced Lubricant Consumption

Because the ester oil has a low tendency to evaporate, less lubricant is required over time and relubrication intervals can be extended and lubrication systems remain clearer. This is especially important in continuous-production ovens.

Application Guidelines

The Kluberfood NH1 CH 2 oil series have been designed for lubrication of all drive, control and transport chains subject to high temperatures and loads. This oil is particularly used for heavily loaded or slower moving oven chains.

This oil can be applied by means of brush, oil feeder or automatic lubrication systems. When applied in automatic lubrication systems, please observe the maximum viscosity specified by the machine manufacturer.

During operation, for best results apply small quantities frequently rather than large doses infrequently, monitor chain temperature and oil consumption, and follow OEM lubrication schedules where available.

Before applying Kluberfood NH1 CH 2-220, all lubrication points should be thoroughly cleaned to ensure maximum hygiene conditions for H1 lubrication.
