Kluberfood NH1 CH 6-120 Supreme 5L container is a synthetic extreme temperature chain oil, designed for extreme temperature oven chains, with service temperatures up to 650 °C. It uses a special carrier fluid and white solid lubricants to continue protecting chains after the liquid carrier has evaporated. The special carrier fluid conveys white solid lubricants to the friction point of the chain. The carrier fluid then evaporates without leaving organic residues, helping to improve food safety in your operations.

For oven chains running in the 400–650°C range, NH1 CH 6-120 Supreme is generally the more specialised and higher-performance product.

This oil is an NSF H1 food-grade lubricant, meaning it’s approved for applications where incidental contact with food could happen. Extreme Temperature Capability

Most conventional oils begin to oxidise, evaporate or break down as temperatures rise. However, Kluberfood NH1 CH 6-120 Supreme continues providing protection through its solid lubricant system even after the carrier fluid has evaporated. This oil is suitable for industrial oven chains operating at temperatures up to 650°C, making it ideal for bakery and pizza ovens, for example.

Longer Relubrication Intervals

The solid lubricant creates an impregnating effect within the chain joints. This can extend lubrication intervals compared with many conventional food grade oven chain oils.

Prevents Black Particle Contamination

Kluberfood NH1 CH 6 120 Supreme contains white solid lubricants instead of graphite. This helps to avoid contamination from black graphite particles, which is particularly important in food production.

Application Guidelines

Kluberfood NH1 CH 6 120 Supreme can be applied by brush or centralised lubricating devices. Before applying the product, shake the container well to ensure an even distribution of the solid lubricant particles.

In centralised lubricating devices we recommend having a propeller stirrer in the lubricant reservoir, which stirs the lubricant until homogeneous prior to each lubrication task.

Relubrication with Kluberfood NH1 CH 6-120 SUPREME is performed on the cooled chain at temperatures below 150 °C to avoid excessive smoke generation. Relubrication is done in absence of the foodstuff. Upon sufficient evaporation of the oil having attained the operating temperature, production can be continued. Please ensure adequate suction to remove smoke.

Before applying Kluberfood NH1 CH 6 120, all lubrication points should be thoroughly cleaned to ensure maximum hygiene conditions for H1 lubrication.
