Kluber Kluberysynth BR 46-32, 1kg can is a high quality grease offering a solution to the challenges of rolling bearings, ball screws and small gears requiring low starting torques and a requirement for lifetime lubrication particularly those used in the automotive industry.
Kluberysnth BR 46-32 helps meet these challenges because its chemical composition enables the grease to demonstrate long service life, low starting torque as well as compatibility with specified materials. The grease is based on a polyglycol/ester mixture with a thermally stable lithium complex soap that’s resistant to ambient media.
Klubersynth BR 46-32 offers very good smooth running properties at low temperatures owing to its low base oil viscosity. It also shows excellent oxidation resistance which supports operational reliability at high temperatures and the additives help to create a strong antiwear effect.
This grease is suitable for use in applications where noise generation is a problem and is designed to offer compatibility with EPDM elastomers and other materials. It is frequently used for long term lubrication of sliding and rolling contacts in rolling bearings, ball screws or small gears in cars.
Klubersynth BR 46-32 should be applied by brush, spatula, grease gun or grease cartridge.
