Kluber Grafloscon C-SG 500 Plus is a sprayable operational lubricant, with a mineral oil base which is specifically designed for open drives, rubbing seals and sliding and guide rails. This ready-to-use lubricant contains solid lubricant particles, which makes it have a high load-carrying capacity. It contains antiwear additives, adhesion improvers, and corrosion inhibitors and is also extremely resistant to high pressure. It has an easy application process through a spraying system. These are often automatic systems which are applied directly to the gears, however, for small drives they can be lubricated by brush. Containing aluminium complex soap and solid lubricant particles of fine graphite, the raw materials which are used to manufacture Kluber Grafloscon C-SG 500 Plus are free of solvents, bitumen and chlorine.
