Kluberfood NH1 CH 2-220 400ml spray can is a synthetic ester-based high-temperature chain oil developed for chains operating under high temperatures and heavy loads. This spray version of contains the same high-temperature synthetic ester lubricant but packaged as a 400 ml aerosol for easier application.

The Kluberfood NH1 CH 2 oil series have been designed for lubrication of all drive, control and transport chains subject to high temperatures and loads. This oil is particularly used for heavily loaded or slower moving oven chains.

This oil is an NSF H1 food-grade lubricant, meaning it’s approved for applications where incidental contact with food could happen. Its use can help increase reliability of your production processes and can contribute to a safe product regime when used in accordance with food manufacturing regulations.

High Temperature Stability

The Synthetic ester formulation provides stable lubrication film at elevated temperatures, reduces oil consumption and offers better chain reliability during continuous heat exposure. This oil is rated for service temperatures up to approximately 250°C.

Easy Aerosol Application

The biggest advantage over bulk CH 2-220 oils is convenience. No oiling equipment is required, it is suitable for smaller installations without automatic lubricators and reaches difficult chain locations.

Its anti-wear additive package helps lower friction within chain pins and bushes, minimising chain elongation and extending maintenance intervals.

Reduced Lubricant Consumption

Because the ester oil has a low tendency to evaporate, less lubricant is required over time and relubrication intervals can be extended and lubrication systems remain clearer. This is especially important in continuous-production ovens.

Application Guidelines

Shake well before use and spray as required. Ensure adequate ventilation during application, as flammable vapours may form an explosive air–vapour mixture.

Do not spray onto naked flames, hot surfaces, or incandescent materials. Avoid use within enclosed electrical cabinets or other confined spaces where flammable vapours may accumulate.

For optimum performance, apply the lubricant in small quantities at regular intervals rather than larger, infrequent doses. Chain temperature and lubricant consumption should be monitored during operation, and OEM lubrication recommendations should be followed where available.

Prior to applying, thoroughly clean all lubrication points to remove old grease, dirt, and other contaminants. Proper cleaning helps maintain the hygiene standards required for H1 food-grade lubrication and ensures optimum lubricant performance.
